Referral Program Terms

Here's how the referral program works:

  1. Referral must open a new checking account within 30 days of invitation.
  2. New account must be funded with minimum $100 initial deposit.
  3. Both referrer and referee must maintain account in good standing.
  4. Bonus will be credited within 60 days of account opening.

Referral bonuses are limited to one per referred person. Referrers are limited to 10 successful referrals per calendar year. A successful referral is defined as a new customer who opens a qualifying checking account and meets all program requirements within the specified timeframe.

The incentive will be reported as income to the IRS. Other restrictions may apply and individuals must be 18 years or older to qualify. Finit Loyalty reserves the right to disqualify any referral in circumstances where we reasonably believe the referral is not made in good faith.

Please note, to protect the privacy of our customers, Finit Loyalty does not share information about the status of new accounts and cannot respond to inquiries from referring customers about the status of their referrals.

Finit Loyalty reserves the right to end or change the terms of this referral program at any time, with or without notice. The referral program is subject to eligibility requirements and account terms and conditions.

The Referrer authorizes Finit Loyalty and FinIT Loyalty to send communications to each Referred Person. Emails may not be delivered if recipients have "opted out" of marketing from Finit Loyalty or FinIT Loyalty. By registering with Finit Loyalty, individuals agree to receive future communications, including program emails, unless they "opt out" through Finit Loyalty or within the email.
